Election centers abroad and their opening hours

The General Registrar of Elections announces, that in accordance with the current electoral legislation, the voting for the Presidential elections of February 5, 2023, in the election centers that will operate in the Republic, will begin at 7:00 am. and will be interrupted at 12:00 p.m., for a one-hour break.

Voting will resume at 1:00 p.m. and will normally end at 6:00 p.m.

Additionally, it clarifies that, by analogy, the voting hours for polling centers abroad have been determined as follows:

It is noted that the presiding officer of each polling station can extend the voting hours until 9.00:XNUMX p.m. at the latest, if there is a large number of voters outside the polling station, waiting to vote and if the Chief Election Officer is informed about it.
