"Suffering" PCR for mother - She is asked to take her 5 children for testing

Unbelievable suffering for a large family in Paphos. According to the correspondent of RIK in Paphos, Panikos Evripidou, a father was found positive for the coronavirus on Saturday (15/1) and has been isolated.

The rest of the family, the mother and five of their six children aged one to five, are invited to go to Paphos General Hospital for a molecular test, observing all protection measures.

According to the same source, the mother sent a message to the Ministry of Health asking for her relatives to assist in the transfer or if the sampling could be arranged on the spot but received no response.

The eldest child in the family, aged eight, had not been in contact the day her father was diagnosed, and two of the youngest children are twins.

According to a recent update, assurances were given by the spokesman of the Ministry of Health that the issue will be resolved.
