The Ministry of Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance announces that an Amending Decision of the Minister of Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance was published today in the Official Gazette of the Republic regarding the implementation of the Special Plans for dealing with the effects of the virus COVID 19, for the period from 1 January 2021 to 31 January 2021.
According to an announcement of the GTP, this is about the Special Plans for Responding to the Impacts of the Coronavirus COIVD-19 Amending Decision (No. 84) of 2021 (KDP 38/2021) concerns:
i. in corrections of typographical errors in the Decisions for the Special Plans for Full and Partial Suspension of the Operations of the Company as well as
ii. in the addition of the item "Description of Occupation" in the application for participation in the Special Plan of Certain Categories of Self-Employed Employees (Annex I).
