With the victory of the Youth Union of Paralimni against Omonia with 73-68, the 4th game of the OPAP Basket League was completed. The hosts started the match better and were ahead early in the score, however Omonia managed to balance the game and claim victory until the end. The "purple" managed to maintain their lead until the end and get their second pink card this year. Anthony Durham became the ACS MVP of the Game with 18 points (8 rebounds, 7 assists).

The game was initially balanced, with the score in 6 'being 11-11. Then ENP with a series of 13 points managed at the end of the period to lead 24-11. Omonia was then improved and by 15 'reduced the difference to three (29-26). By the end of the half, both teams scored five points (34-31).

The match remained balanced and then, where in 26 'the score was 46-45 in favor of the "purple". Then the hosts increased their speed and at the end of the third period they were ahead with +8 (57-49). Until the 37th minute, the hosts maintained a lead of seven points (69-62), with Omonia then scoring four points (out of two by Nichols-Gill) and reducing to 69-66, at 38:30. They were followed by two points for each team (Durham for ENP, Brit for Omonia) with the score at 39:30 being 71-68 in favor of the Union. Before the end of the match, Williams with a layup formed the final 73-68.
