The independent candidate Andreas Vrahimis submitted his candidacy for Famagusta Municipality, with emotion as he said Famagusta on the front page in his soul and mind.
Mr. Vrahimis expressed his thanks to the parties DISY and DIKO, but also to all those who support his candidacy, emphasizing the common goal of putting Famagusta back on the front line, to put, as he said, "on that trajectory the issue of Varosia that will lead us to our home, to our neighborhoods, to our beloved city".
Andreas Vrachimis sent a message to Varosians everywhere, not to despise the need to vote. The more people at the ballot box on June 9, the louder our message will be, in every direction, he added. These elections, he said, are important and "all the displaced must join forces, for the unique, perhaps the last opportunity that emerges for a solution to the Cyprus problem".
The candidacy of Andreas Vrachimis is proposed by the young entrepreneur Elina Patrioti and the President of GSE Sofocles Charalambidis.
