AVGOROU: Heavy fine for a 52-year-old for vineyards

The District Court of Famagusta sentenced today, 52 years from the Free District of Famagusta to a fine of 9300 euros.

According to the Police, the 52-year-old was found guilty in a case in connection with her offenses:

1) Possession of prohibited means of catching wild birds, ie 11 nets.

2) Possession of two sound-producing devices emitting mimetic voices of wild birds and

3) Illegal possession of 64 wild birds whose hunting is prohibited.

The case was committed on 25/05/2018 in Avgorou.
