The well-known Cypriot artist Panikos Panagi presented an artistic creation of his to the Mayor of Ayia Napa.
Specifically, this is a unique painting depicting the unique battle that took place on March 17, 1826 in Ayia Napa between Greek Revolutionary Fighters and Turkish Guards of Ayia Napa and Turkish Military Department of the Famagusta Guard.
The project will adorn the municipal building of our Municipality connected with the Greek history and the struggles for freedom but also with the history and the values of Ayia Napa.

Today I welcomed in my office the well-known Cypriot Artist Paniko Panagi, who accompanied by the Director of the Municipal Museum "Sea" handed me a beautiful artistic creation.
