The Mayor of Ayia Napa, Christos Zanettou, had a meeting with the representative of TUI Russia today.
According to the relevant announcement, the summer season, the problems faced by the tourism industry due to the pandemic and the prospects of tourism in the new year were discussed.

The Mayor Mr. Christos Zannettou had a constructive meeting with the representative of the summer season, the problems faced by the tourism industry due to the pandemic and the prospects of tourism in the new year, today, Tuesday, July 06, with the representative of TUI Russia Mr. Vladimir Rubtsov.
The strategy of development and promotion of the Cypriot tourism that will be followed was also discussed, aiming at the increase of the tourist flow from Russia to Cyprus and especially to Ayia Napa.
The Mayor of Ayia Napa assured Mr. Rubtsov that he will provide all kinds of assistance to the company so that it can achieve its above goals.
On his part, Mr. Vladimir Rubtsov underlined that Cyprus is one of the most important markets of the TUI Group, while Ayia Napa, as he mentioned, is one of the most popular destinations for Russian tourists.
