The "Walk-Claim with the Blind" course organized by the Pancyprian Blind Organization for another year took place on Sunday morning in Paralimni and Deryneia.
The Secretary of the Council of Ministers Theodosis Tsiolas announced the start of the march, while AKEL MP Christakis Tziovanis and Solidarity MP Michalis Giorgallas, as well as Deryneia Mayor Andros Panagiotis Panagiotis Saragiannis and the Director were present.
The procession started from the “Terranova” store in Paralimni and ended at the Famagusta Fire Department where an artistic event followed.

It is with great pleasure that I participate with you in this year's course "I Walk - I Claim with the Blind", here in Paralimni, conveying to all the warm greetings of the President of the Republic Mr. Nikos Anastasiadis, who has put under his auspices the whole event.
The great appreciation of the President of the Republic, as well as of the whole State for the work of the Pancyprian Organization of the Blind, is a given, as is the recognition of the debt of all of us to be constant helpers and supporters in every effort to alleviate and strengthen our fellow human beings. they need our support.
I warmly congratulate the Pancyprian Organization of the Blind, as well as all the other organizations of the blind who participate in the organization of this symbolic march.
