The most beautiful celebration of Spring took place yesterday Saturday at the cosmopolitan PROTARA, with all the splendor and grandeur that befits the happiest and spring celebration of the year.
Cultural ensembles, organizations, athletes, and volunteers participated in a procession accompanied by music and chariots along Protaras Street (hotel boulevard), with the Princess of Spring 2018 a female symbol, the beautiful Star Cyprus 1974 Andri Tsagaridou Giokari who the most beautiful woman in 1ο island beauty contest.
The procession started from the area above Fig Tree Bay beach and ended at the Municipal Events Square LEFKOLLA where various events took place such as the "Panathinaikos" procession, music and dance program by the Maria Thalassinou Dance School and a concert by Mandolinata of which was danced by the Cultural Association Anadysi.
At the event there were many surprises for young and old such as inflatables, mascots, face painting, pottery, flower arrangements, delicacies and drinks from charities such as KEPA Agios Christoforos and the Famagusta Dog Rescue Shelter.
