A Palestinian was killed Thursday night by Israeli soldiers in the occupied West Bank, according to an army statement.

"Two suspects who threw bottles of flammable liquid into a road tunnel endangering the lives of drivers were neutralized by soldiers. One of them was arrested and the other, wounded by gunfire, succumbed to his injuries," the Israeli army said.
