Warsaw police have arrested a man convicted of manslaughter and escaped arrest for 20 years for not wearing a mask inside a shop, a spokeswoman told AFP today. of law enforcement.

"The man was arrested by Bielani district police for not wearing a mask," Deputy Inspector Elvira Kozlovska said in an email.
The 45-year-old man was taken to prison. He must serve a 25-year prison sentence.
