An unbelievable, hateful confession of a Turkish Cypriot who killed Greek Cypriot prisoners in 1974 is making the rounds of the internet and is shocking.
The 84-year-old Turkish Cypriot, a former member of TMT, confesses his actions in 1974 as an officer in the area of Messaria.
During his interview on a live show, the Turkish Cypriot allegedly bragged about killing Greek Cypriot prisoners, according to tourkika nea.
According to tourkika nea, the 84-year-old Turkish Cypriot allegedly stated that: "I was" arranging "the captive Giaourides who were brought there."
"My intention was to clean them all," he says, according to tourkika nea.
The journalist who interviews him, surprised, asks him:
"When you killed unarmed defenseless innocent people, how did you do that by looking them in the eye?"
Asked to respond according to the same post, he allegedly said:
"It simply came to our notice then. "Even if they were innocent, where could I find those who did it?"
"Killing was my art. When the army came to our village, I accompanied them to the tip of Karpasia. I was very happy." allegedly stated by the Turkish Cypriot.
The continuation of the 84-year-old's statements is said to be shocking, according to the same publication:
"When I approached my nose I saw that many Greek Cypriot prisoners were sitting there. My intention was to clean them all. Some who understood this informed their officer. A Turkish officer told me, "If you walk away from me, I will shoot you." I had to stay by his side. I was burning that I escaped "
