The continuing pandemic situation of recent years has brought back to nature for most. The "open - close" of our lives, made many people see things differently and appreciate more the unknown beauties of our island.
2022 entered with most of them being in an "informal" lockdown since the particularly burdensome epidemiological picture does not leave much room for a "normality" as we are used to before a pandemic.
Our inclusion and "acquaintance" with our island
Many knew them… there are thousands of others who did not know that in a very short distance from the urban centers one can meet natural beauties reminiscent of abroad.
The last "hot spot" of the day is the magnificent waterfall in its area Avdemou, whose images made the rounds of the internet. Many even rushed to admire the spectacle of this hanging waterfall.
We all remember of course the famous triangular house in Dierona, which became the reason for most people to learn about this village.
Η Of Crete Terra and her only waterfall had its honor this summer as many learned about it through the hundreds of photos circulating on social media.
Cyprus of course has unique and rare sites which remain unexplored and are waiting for us to discover them without this meaning that we should leave our mark, polluting the environment.
