In the last 28 hours, the Police proceeded with complaints from 5 citizens and 24 premises, after 2.582 inspections carried out throughout Cyprus, in order to ascertain the observance and implementation of the decrees of the Law on Infection.
According to a representative of the Communication Branch of the Police Headquarters, 977 checks were carried out in Nicosia, out of which 5 complaints were made by citizens and 1 property, while in Limassol 200 checks were carried out, out of which 6 complaints were made by citizens.
In Larnaca 503 inspections were carried out with 1 complaint of premises, in Paphos 120 inspections were carried out, out of which 10 complaints of citizens emerged, in Famagusta 620 inspections were carried out and there were 7 complaints of citizens and 3 premises, while in Morfos area 51 inspections were carried out without complaints.
Also, all over Cyprus, the Traffic Police carried out 111 inspections, without any complaint.
