Fasting chocolate muffins

 Components

  • 500 g flour for all uses
  • 500 ml of warm water
  • 6 tbsp cocoa
  • 100 ml sunflower oil
  • 200 gr. granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 sachets of vanilla
  • 150 gr. chocolate couverture, melted in a baking pan

 Execution method

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the papers in the muffin tins.
  • Put the cocoa in a bowl and pour in the lukewarm water and mix well to dissolve the cocoa.
  • Add the vinegar, sunflower oil, sugar, salt and vanilla to the bowl and mix well with a whisk.
  • Finally, add flour and baking powder after sifting them in a bowl.
  • Fill the cases with a spoon and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer that will be inserted in the center comes out dry.
  • Leave them to cool in the molds before unmolding them and cover them with the melted chocolate.
