Make the most delicious, easy truffles with chocolate and caramel that young and old will love!

- 400 gr. caramelized sweetened condensed milk
- 150 gr. chocolate couverture, finely chopped
- 50 gr. butter
- 250 gr. various cookies slightly broken
- 1 pinch of salt
- Truffles, for coating
Execution method
- In a saucepan add the butter and caramelized sweetened milk and heat them on very low heat, stirring gently with a spatula until they melt and the mixture is homogenous.
- Remove from the heat and add the chopped chocolate to the pot and mix well.
- Add the cookies and mix gently until you have a uniform mixture.
- Empty our mixture into a bowl, cover with cling film and put the mixture in the refrigerator to freeze well.
- In a bowl add the truffles for the coating.
- We wear disposable gloves, take the mixture out of the fridge and start molding the mixture into balls.
- We dip each ball in the bowls with the decorations we want.
- Put the truffles in the fridge until you need them.
