Caramel truffles

Make the most delicious, easy truffles with chocolate and caramel that young and old will love!

 Components

  • 400 gr. caramelized sweetened condensed milk
  • 150 gr. chocolate couverture, finely chopped
  • 50 gr. butter
  • 250 gr. various cookies slightly broken
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Truffles, for coating

Execution method

  • In a saucepan add the butter and caramelized sweetened milk and heat them on very low heat, stirring gently with a spatula until they melt and the mixture is homogenous.
  • Remove from the heat and add the chopped chocolate to the pot and mix well.
  • Add the cookies and mix gently until you have a uniform mixture.
  • Empty our mixture into a bowl, cover with cling film and put the mixture in the refrigerator to freeze well.
  • In a bowl add the truffles for the coating.
  • We wear disposable gloves, take the mixture out of the fridge and start molding the mixture into balls.
  • We dip each ball in the bowls with the decorations we want.
  • Put the truffles in the fridge until you need them.
