The truth is that it does not seem at first glance. We easily see four bottles but not four hands.

The discussion started when the @JenMsft account uploaded the above photo to Twitter, commenting: "My brain refuses to believe that there are four people in this photo".
For those still struggling to discern it, the missing fourth hand appears to be camouflaged due to the jacket that looks like the rocky path on which the team stands. But the glove can be seen.
