Make a delicious and nutritious salad with tuna, avocado and pomegranate for an appetizer even for a main meal!

- 1 bunch of arugula washed, drained and cut
- 1 lettuce, cut
- ½ cabbage (crab), finely chopped
- ½ bunch of fresh coriander
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 150 gr. quinoa, boiled
- 200 gr. tuna in water, drained
- 1 pomegranate, peeled
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
For the dressing
- 4 and others olive oil
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 and others honey
- 1 and others lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
Execution method
For the dressing
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well with a whisk until the mixture is homogeneous.
For assembly
- Transfer the salads to a salad bowl, add the avocado, tuna, quinoa and pomegranate, pour over the dressing and mix.
- Serve the salad immediately.
