Ayia Napa: A seminar on Diversity in the Hotel Industry is coming

Due to demographic, social and economic changes in Europe, the workforce is becoming increasingly diverse. In the face of such a diverse workforce, it is important for national and international companies to implement policies and practices to build an inclusive and harmonious workplace.

Based on these needs, a seminar is organized by Eva Jumba in collaboration with the Center for Social Innovation, the University of Nicosia and Adrian Jobson on:

Diversity in the Hotel Industry: Turning Challenge into Opportunity,

which will take place on Thursday, April 7, 2022, from 08:30 to 18:00, at Aktea Beach Village, 5343 Ayia Napa, Famagusta.

The aim of the seminar is to provide employers, leaders and professionals of the hotel industry with the basic information on issues of diversity management and integration in the workplace on a theoretical and practical level.

The seminar has been put under the auspices of the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Mr. Savva Perdiou, and is sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism.
