All of these and many more that we all know but have not uncovered require a cleansing. A renewal in the political scene by people unaffected by the traditional parties of the establishment. Parties that essentially polarize the mass of active voters with issues in which they can virtually set their course and at the same time make their bass behind closed doors, with the ultimate goal of the financial benefit of themselves and their own.

They do not care behind the doors what ideology you are, what coloring or even your public attitudes and statements. All this is to mislead the people during the election period. What matters is what we eat, how we eat it and how we use what we eat to maintain our percentages. Somewhere here the glove and the song 'In the same work spectators' would fit.

 All those who serve the rotten system, all those who feed on this rotten system, all those who want to join this rotten system because their own people told them that they will arrange them as well.

But on the other hand there is also the simple world, the power of the people and the Democracy. Two hundred and fifty thousand voters whom the establishment made unwilling to go to the polls. But they themselves made them rise up and demand their resignation. To chase them from morning to night wherever they are and wherever they stand. Because they were bored, because they were indignant, because they swelled to see their rot.

Corruption everywhere, in the Public Sector where promotions and increases are based on party percentages and not on the productivity and value of individuals in their work. In the construction, business, agriculture and fisheries sectors where the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. In the environmental sector where we sacrifice land and water on the altar of foreign investment, depriving our children of a clean natural environment and the land of their ancestors. In the field of health where some treasure and some just die or suffer.

In the field of education where the average is below the base but the ministry is celebrating to increase the level. In the field of defense, where we are dogs, grind and the millions for defense shielding also end up on the big tables of the masses. In the sector of the economy where the banks work with a monopoly status now with minimal access to them to those who do not have.

So all of them (corrupt) have managed to put their tentacles everywhere and do not want to have independent people at their feet who will make them messy. They also made it clear by rejecting the proposal for horizontal voting or for independent combinations to be included in the second distribution. In fact, they put the electoral measure at 3,6% to make it even more difficult for those who want to change the status quo.

The big question is how many are not corrupt, how many are really worried about the future of our place, the future of our children but even about the future of our existence as Greek Cypriots on the island of Cyprus. How many really want real change. Maybe in the end 3,6% turns out to be a very small percentage.
