The temperature has risen and mosquitoes they already make their presence felt.
In recent years in Greece we face cases of infections transmitted by mosquitoes. From 2009 onwards, cases of West Nile virus have been reported, as well as some cases of malaria in mainly rural areas which are considered vulnerable.
Some time ago we showed you other ways to deal with mosquitoes. But there are also simpler solutions such as the mosquito repellent candle that you can make at home with a simple one recipe.
End mosquitoes: Get rid of them once and for all with this homemade recipe without a trace of chemicals
Materials you will need:
• Glass jars
• Lemon Tree
• Lemongrass
• Water
• Fresh rosemary
• Tealights
Lavender, cedarwood, thyme and lemon oils.
How to make it:
• Cut the lemons and limes into slices and put two in each jar.
• Add two sprigs of rosemary.
• Put water in the jars until they narrow.
• Add 10 drops of each essential oil to the jars and add another sprig of rosemary.
• Put one tealight in each jar.
• Turn on the tealight and say goodbye to the mosquitoes!
