Maria Cortzia: "The reason I went to Denmark is to support Piero"

The sweet Maria Kortzia was today on the couch of the Cup of Joy and in a full-length interview with Georgia Panagi and Athos Antoniou, she talked about her new life in Copenhagen and her daily life there.

As she said, her life has changed a lot, since in recent months she has entered the role of housewife for good:

"Every morning I wake up around 10 to do my chores… I will wake up, I will cook, I will clean the house, I will go opposite for the house shopping, we will take our walks when we can, when Pieros has a break".

The presenter also confessed that it is difficult to make new friends there, but also that the days when Pieros is missing for days, she herself does not have much to do to "kill" her time.

I do not feel trapped, I have not yet felt it, at least, because it is the beginning. I have not yet felt, neither the loneliness, nor I said "where I am and what I do now". "I'm fine at the moment, I'm having a good time."

She admitted that it was not an easy decision to leave with her lover, and to leave her job, which as she confessed, she misses very much, although she was prepared that at some point there would be a transfer that would force them to leave Cyprus.

However, as the one-stone player clarified, the talented football player gave her and the marriage proposal he made to her were not the ones that convinced her to make this "sacrifice".

Maria Cortzia shared with us how difficult their first days after moving to Denmark were, both for her and for her fiancé:

"Pieros was not focused on his games in the first days and I remember his manager typically telling me that he would find his rhythms when we went to stay at home."
