There are some foods that should be avoided on an empty stomach. Especially those who are sensitive to it.

Bananas
They may contain antioxidants and many other nutrients and are by far one of the most delicious superfoods but it is not a good idea to eat a banana with a completely empty stomach. The reason is that magnesium levels in the body increase disproportionately and this in turn causes imbalances in blood calcium levels.

They can be very tasty and nutritious but it is better to have eaten something, even a little, before consuming them. The acids they contain can be mixed with the stomach's natural acids, increasing the risk of developing stones.
Cucumber
Cucumber and raw vegetables in general are rich in amino acids. However, they are more likely to cause heartburn, bloating and stomach ache, especially if you eat them on an empty stomach.
