Martis Martis was born in Sotira Famagusta and is a professional accountant. He holds a degree in accounting and a master's degree in business administration from Kingston University, London. He has served the local government for over twenty years with the aim of serving the public.
Martis Martis has the qualifications and experience to lead the effort for the smooth implementation of the local government reform, with the aim of the new Municipality of Agia Napa - Sotiras - Avgorou - Liopetriou - Achnas, being a model Municipality with the citizens at the center.
