Five foreigners wanted by the Cypriot authorities for various crimes, from murder to armed robbery, are among the 92 most wanted in Europe by Europol. Among them two dangerous thugs who belong to the "Pink Panthers" organization who rob jewelry stores.

A list published every year by the European Police includes the names of notorious criminals wanted for their involvement in organized crime. As the Police spokesperson Christos Andreou explained to "F", the slogan of this year's campaign by Europol and the European Network of Active Search Teams for Searching Wanted Persons/ENFAST is: "You could dismantle the network - #GameOver". In fact, graphics were prepared for the campaign which revolve around a series of playing cards, representing different types of criminals:

– Rigas: Head of criminal organizations

– Checkers: Drug dealers

– Vales: Violent criminals

– Joker: Organizer

The slogan "You could dismantle the network - #GameOver", is based on the idea that a criminal network is like a deck of cards. Each card plays a role, supporting the tower and the criminal network. A piece of information that leads to the location of a wanted person removes a card from the deck of cards and the entire criminal network can come crashing down.
