New tourism development in Ayia Napa with a cost of € 10 million according to the Environmental Impact Study submitted to the Department of Environment.
The owner of the project is Olympic Resort Ltd and it concerns the upgrade of existing organized apartments from B 'to A' Class, as well as the construction of a new hotel.
Specifically, in the area there are already tourist apartments part of which will be demolished to build the hotel unit of the company while the complex of other apartments will be upgraded.
The hotel will have 6 floors. The total height will be 25 meters. The project will have 692 beds (512 for the hotel and 180 for the organized apartments).
The total coverage of the development that concerns the existing organized apartments and the new hotel concerns 7.289 sq.m. The new hotel alone covers 3.964 sq.m.
