Judge Michalis Papathanassiou, concerned about the alarming escalation of such crimes, while emphasizing all the serious consequences that this entails, in the labor market and in the economic and social life of the place, decided that the appropriate punishment is that of imprisonment and sentencing. 3 months direct imprisonment of the employer and 2 months of immediate imprisonment of the employer.
