The tourist, who suffered a cardiac arrest while on a water slide, met the lifeguard who saved him.

According to a post by F.Guardians Lifeguard Services, Miroslav, who was rescued by Frixos Kyriakou, spoke to his savior at the hospital.

The University professor in Poland said that he did not remember anything and Frixos replied that "everything is fine, nothing happened, you are fine".

He stated that “everything is very beautiful here. People are smiling, friendly and here at the hospital they treat me like a king." Then the lifeguard proudly told him "This is Cyprus".
