More than a hundred saplings were planted by the staff of the Mermaid Hotel and the members of the "΄Aroma" Association of Ayia Napa - Friends of the Sculpture Park, as part of the tree planting that took place on Tuesday, November 28 at the International Sculpture Park of the Municipality of Ayia Napa.
The Cultural Officer of the Municipality of Ayia Napa Mrs. Maria Tofini Tsantila thanked and at the same time congratulated on behalf of the Mayor Mr. Christos Zannettos, the hotel staff and the members of the "΄Aroma" Association of Ayia Napa - Friends of the Sculpture Park for their initiative to plant trees in the International Sculpture Park and thus contribute to its further enrichment with greenery.
He expressed special thanks to the President of the Pancypriot Association of Hotel Managers (PASYDIXE), Mr. Christos Angelidis, who attended the tree planting and planted his own saplings.
