Work is progressing rapidly on the grand Sun City Spa Resort & Residences project in Agia Thekla, near the Ayia Napa Marina, which will consist of a state-of-the-art hotel complex, apartments and luxury homes.
This is the first development project of the JimChang Global Group (JCG), an international team of companies based in Guangzhou, China and Hong Kong, which is reportedly expected to be delivered in the summer of 2020.
High-tech luxury services
The hotel will consist of 230 luxury rooms with balconies and sea views.
At the same time, the project will have 40 apartments with high standards of construction and services, as well as ten private luxury homes, with smart home technology, branded ArcLinea kitchens, impressive finishes and branded furniture.
It is noted that each house will also enjoy all the amenities of the hotel, as well as the ongoing boutique Spa.
A complex of restaurants and shops is also being prepared in the same area. All residences include private pools with jacuzzi and unobstructed views of the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean.
