Anagennisi Deryneia in the final of the Grassroots Children's Championship POA U11 organized by the KOP won after an exciting match with 6-5 AEL.
AEL was ahead of the score with 5-3 and Anagennisi in the last eight minutes reached the big upset.
The match took place at the premises of the GSP Stadium, in the context of the fiesta of the Grassroots POA Children's Championship.
After the end of the grand final followed the awards of the teams. The awards were made by the President of the KOP Mr. George Kouma.
In the quarterfinal phase, Anagennisi eliminated the team Paralimni Kids Soccer with 5-1 and in the semifinal phase with 8-3 Akritas Chlorakas.
AEL in the quarterfinal phase eliminated AEK Larnaca with 7-2 and in the semifinal phase City FSC with 5-4.
