A total of 2.280 checks were carried out by the Police in the last 24 hours as part of the checks for measures against the coronavirus, during which 15 citizens were reported and those in charge of 3 premises.
Speaking to KYPE, a representative of the Police Communication Branch stated that 970 checks were carried out in Nicosia and one citizen was reported, in Limassol after 217 checks two people and 4 citizens were reported in charge, in Larnaca 391 checks were made and 2 citizens were reported in A 354 checks were reported by 7 citizens.
In Morfou, 150 inspections were carried out without any complaint, while in Paphos, a person in charge of a property and a citizen were reported after 85 inspections.
The Coast Guard carried out 12 inspections and the Traffic Police 101 inspections, but without any complaints.
