A reader of alphanews.live complains about the spiral action in the free area of Famagusta that cuts down trees for decades in order to use them as firewood and steals metal objects and constructions from farms.
He is the owner of a piece of land in the area of Vrysoullon - Frenarou, who from time to time has fallen victim to the spiral, its members who carry out their illegal activities during the night and covered by darkness. According to the farm owner:
"20 olive trees and a pine have been cut down and stolen, all over the age of 20. Delinquency in the region is chronicling and raging. ”
According to the owner, who wishes to remain anonymous, thefts of water tanks, solar panels, tools, metal objects, violations of warehouse doors and turbine handling and cable cuts have been recorded from his property.
"There was also an attempt to steal the water pump that is soaked in a drill, malicious destruction of tin garages by shrapnel, demolition of a garage to steal its metals, malicious fire and more."
According to the owner, he has already reported the incidents of damage and theft of his property to the competent authorities, however to date he has not been informed if the perpetrators have been identified.
