Andri Siali embodies this year's Queen of the Carnival of Famagusta, the "Queen of the Capricorn Islands" according to the theme inspired by the Municipality of Deryneia, which this year takes over the kingdom of the Carnival.

Andri Siali, this year's Queen of the Famagusta Carnival will receive her crown from last year's queen, Maria Armenaki, on Good Friday, February 28 at the big event that will be set up in Agios Georgios Square in Paralimni.
Who is Andri Siali?
The 30-year-old decorator from Deryneia, has curated the entire chariot and this year's appearance of the Municipality of Deryneia at this year's Famagusta Carnival. She has her own decoration company and deals mainly with events. She is a lover of visual arts and constructions and so she put her art in building a chariot of unique beauty that presents the area of Kapparis as she imagines it, with a unique image reminiscent of the Canary Islands. Hence the Κα "Capri Islands"!
