The fourth annual memorial service of Panagiotis Sofronios is held on Sunday, June 24, 2018, in the morning at the Church of Agios Dimitrios in Paralimni.
Panagiotis passed away at the age of 24, on June 24, 2014, spreading mourning throughout the Municipality of Paralimni, the Municipality and the province of Famagusta, but also to hundreds of his friends.
During his student years he developed a rich political, party and trade union activity through leading positions in the Student Community of Famagusta and the Student Wing of the Democratic Alarm in Athens, standing out at the same time with his academic performance.
At the same time, he was a pure ideologist in favor of the freedom of Cyprus, a fan and follower of Anorthosis Famagusta, as well as a passionate reader and blogger touching on various issues concerning his political, social, cultural, religious, economic, sports and football life.
