The Famagusta Carnival culminates this year with the big Carnival Parade on Sunday.
The parade will take place at 2 pm on Sunday on Protaras Avenue in Paralimni with the participation of dozens of chariots and hundreds of participants.
This year's queen is Maria Kalimera who as Queen of Guinness represents the Municipality of Paralimni.
Also, tonight, at 8 pm, the Night Foot Parade will take place on Griva Digeni Avenue in Paralimni.
Arrival times and which roads are closed
The participants in the Carnival Parade must be present on Sunday, March 1, 2020 until 13:00 at the latest at the stadium of the XNUMXnd Primary School of Paralimni.
* The roads that will allow direct access to the assembly area will be closed at 13:15.
* All other affected roads for the Carnival Parade will close at 12:30.
