Another act of humanity in our Province, this time by the Blue Avocado food distribution team. Specifically, the distribution staff of Blue Avocado, handed over the gratuities they have collected lately for a good cause and to support needy families for the holidays.
By a joint decision, all the tips of the last period were given for the charitable work of the Famagusta Diocese and specifically for the help of needy families in view of the holidays.
The amount raised was handed over by the head of the distribution team of Blue Avocado, Iasonas Logiou, in the presence of the owner, Christos Faklamas.
On behalf of the Diocese, the amount was received by the Protosyggellos Archimandrite Augustinos Kkaras and the pastor of Agioi Panton Deryneia, Fr. Andreas Kyriakou.
Through its announcement, the Holy Diocese addressed to these young children the warm thanks and the wish that the All-Merciful and Philanthropic God richly reciprocates his blessing in their lives.
