Altamira is launching five plots in Famagusta

Altamira has launched a new batch of residential plots in order to stimulate the interest of small and large investors.

According to data provided by StockWatch, these are 155 plots across Cyprus, from € 19.000 to € 100.000, which are addressed to private and institutional investors.

It should be noted that to date Altamira has put up for sale 350 plots of land.

In particular, out of the 155 residential plots, 57 are located in Nicosia, 58 in Larnaca, followed by Limassol with 21, Paphos with 14 and the free province of Famagusta with 5.

Plots for investment and residential development

In Paralimni, and specifically 200 meters west of 1st of April Avenue, 1/2 unallocated share of a residential plot with an area of ​​308 sq.m. is available for sale. and indicative sale price of € 40,000. The three lowest priced residential plots are located in the province of Nicosia where selling prices start at € 19,000.

Specifically, at the indicative price of € 19,000, a plot of land in Lympia is available, with a total area of ​​191 sq.m. It is located within the core of the village in an area with easy access to the highway and other services where nearby there are, among others, schools and shops. The plot has a rectangular shape and a smooth flat surface, while it has a 12 meter frontage on a public asphalt road.

With an indicative sale price of € 24,000, a residential plot is available in Kalo Chorio Orini in the province of Nicosia, with a total area of ​​372 sq.m. It is centrally located in the community, has an irregular shape and a smooth surface, while it is adjacent to a registered road along its southern border.

Also a plot of land in Agioi Trimithias in Nicosia, is available at the indicative price of € 25,000. With a total area of ​​168 sq.m., the plot is located in the center of the community, about 40 meters southwest of the old church and has an irregular shape with a smooth flat surface while adjacent to a registered road with a facade of about 15 meters. In addition, it falls within the residential zone H1 with a maximum building rate of 120%.

From the other provinces, a residential plot in Mazotos of Larnaca province also stands out, which is available at the indicative price of € 36,000. This is a corner plot in the center of the community, with a total area of ​​279 sq.m. It has an irregular shape and a smooth surface, while it has a total face of about 42 meters on two roads.

In the province of Limassol and specifically in the picturesque community of Pera Pedi, a corner residential plot is available, with a total area of ​​401 sq.m. and indicative sale price of € 37,000. It is located 700 meters northeast of the community center and overlooks the wider tree-lined area. It has a building factor of 30% and a face of about 17 meters, while its shape is rectangular.

In addition, at the northwestern end of the village of Stroumbi in the province of Paphos, a residential plot is available for sale, with a total area of ​​607 sq.m. and indicative sale price of € 45,000. Large plots at low prices

The three largest residential plots under € 100,000 are located in the areas of Amargeti, Moniati and Evrychos.

It is located a short distance from various picturesque villages in the area, nature trails, waterfalls and other points of interest.

With an indicative sale price of € 81,000, the plot in the area of ​​Evrychos in Nicosia has an area of ​​1,011 sq.m. This is an empty plot with a polygonal shape and a sloping surface which is adjacent to an asphalt road.
