A delegation of the Municipality of Sotiras headed by Mayor Georgios Takkas was found at the International Court of Justice in The Hague last week.
The delegation of the Municipality of Sotiras presented Kolokasi Sotiras at the restaurant of the International Court of Justice "Restaurant des Juges" in a five-day event where Kolokasi Sotiras was served daily to 200 guests of the Court, including Ministers, Diplomats, such as El Dikes , as well as the President of Hotelschool The Hague and journalists of "The Diplomat Magazine".
The presentation was jointly organized by the Municipality of Sotiras, the Embassy of Cyprus in the Netherlands, IHE Innovative Business Services and was held under the auspices of the CTO and the Ambassador of Cyprus to the Netherlands, the Hopeful Treasurer.
The team of chefs consisted of the Executive Chef of the restaurants of the hotels "Sunrise", Antonis Attounis, as well as Vassilis Kontozis and Theofanis Abraham.
The menu that was presented consisted of trachana with halloumi, kolokasi Sotiras kappama, ttava and palouze.
