How they all started

Andreas Mavrommatis traveled from Limassol to Paris in the late 70s to study psychology and sociology.

The job he eventually got in a restaurant to make a living proved to be the only path he would take for the rest of his life.

In 1981 he and his brother, Evagoras, decided to open a small grocery store in the 5th arrondissement of Paris and at the same time began studying gastronomy at the famous Lenotr school.

With his small restaurant, which opened a few years later, he finally managed to conquer the French and create together with his brothers, Evagoras and Dionysis, a large company that currently consists of four restaurants and 10 catering units throughout France. .

Mavrommatis restaurants in Paris serve creative Greek cuisine and there have dined great personalities and politicians of France, such as François Hollande and Emanuel Macron.
