After the latest unprecedented developments, organized groups of our Municipality in collaboration with the Church of the Savior and the local branch of Civil Defense, in consultation and coordination with the Social Welfare Services, undertake a series of emergency actions that will occur in the coming critical days.
There is an arrangement for the transfer of aid and medicines to people who belong to vulnerable groups and who should remain in strict home confinement (eg elderly and sick). These people or their relatives in case they do not have someone to help them contact the phones that will be given.
The Church Social Grocery will also offer food and other assistance to those in real need. An appeal is addressed to those who are able to support the Grocery with essential items, in view of the expected vertical increase of its needs.
A warm request to communicate only to those who have a real need.
