The Union immediately demands the amount of 200.000 euros from Omonia, for the transfer of Dimitris Christofis to Zion.

The Crimsons are reportedly determined to reach out to UEFA to get their money immediately, while if there is no immediate response from Omonia, they will also report the case to the Criteria Committee.

For this reason, as it became known, a letter was sent to Omonia, with which the crimsons ask for the immediate transfer of 200.000 euros.

In the contract of the transfer of Christofis from the Union to Omonia dated 5/8/2008, which is signed by the then presidents Adamos Loizou and Miltiadis Neophytou, paragraph 6, which saw the light of day, states the following:

"It is further agreed between the A Party (Union) and the B Party (Omonia) that in case the B Party transfers the player to any team abroad for an amount greater than 900 thousand, then the A Party will be entitled 20% on any amount over 900 thousand which will be collected by the B Contractor as transfer fee and / or any other form of fees, with the A Contractor being entitled to a minimum amount of 200 thousand regardless of the amount of transfer.

The amount to which the A Contractor will be entitled from the possible transfer of the footballer to the provisions of the present, will be paid to the A Contractor proportionally (pro rate) with the method of its collection by the B 'Contractor ".

Besides, Ton Kaanen will be, as everything shows, the coach for the new season as well. The Dutch coach seems to have started planning the team for the new season. Many changes in the roster are expected, since almost all the foreigners left. Agents are trying to keep Kundul, Fernando, Mrdakovic and Krivokapic.
