According to the Police, yesterday a 52-year-old woman from Liopetri reported to the Famagusta Police Department that between 15.32 - 16.10 of the same day, the amount of 19.800 euros, jewelry worth 1.900 and a mobile phone were stolen from her house located on the Liopetri River. worth 800 euros, all with a total value of 22.500 euros.
According to the complainant, 6.650 euros from the amount of money that was stolen, belongs to her 49-year-old friend, while the rest belongs to her and her two daughters.
Members of TAE Famagusta visited the scene and from examinations they conducted did not find any violation.
According to the complainant, during the hours of the theft, the aluminum entrance door of the house on the west side was left, closed but unlocked.
The house does not have a closed monitoring circuit, while the stolen items are not covered by security.
