The 59-year-old is the 34-year-old's uncle, his father's brother and a restaurant owner.
After securing an arrest warrant, the 34-year-old, who is unemployed, was arrested yesterday by the Police, was taken into custody and today appeared before the District Court of Famagusta, which issued an eight-day detention order against him.
The 34-year-old appeared before the Court without a lawyer, while he did not object to his detention. The suspect interrogated presented various allegations, which are being investigated by the Police.
