A short questionnaire for drivers with type 1 diabetes and a smart online application will help them deal with and minimize accidents while driving, according to a new study that has come to light in the US.
Dr Cox of the University of Virginia said the pilots would answer the questionnaire with the same reasoning that pilots check the various systems and instruments of the aircraft before piloting. They will answer questions about their current state of health, if they have any symptoms etc and so the application will be able to conclude whether they can lead and whether or not they will put themselves in danger.
