The Municipality of Famagusta will posthumously honor in a special event the Greek Cypriot and Greek officers and hoplites who fell, fighting heroically, in the city and province of Famagusta during the Turkish invasion in 1974.
The event will take place on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 7:30 pm in the open air of the Cultural Center of the Municipality of Famagusta in Deryneia. The event is under the auspices of the President of the Republic, who will be present to honor our heroes.
