Mr. Evangelos Venizelos, a politician, one of the few serious, I believe, who remained and with the erudition that he possesses did not hesitate to take the absolute political responsibility that certainly bears all Greek politicians. He said, however, that there is equal social and criminal responsibility to be borne by all citizens of this country as well as independent justice. "I can not," he stressed, "as a citizen of this country, trade with my fellow citizens and not ask for proof, I can not, as a citizen of this country, deceive the state and evade taxes. He said that we, as citizens, must acquire a tax conscience and establish within ourselves that the legal is in our interest.
For the independent judiciary, she stressed that she must also assume her responsibilities and administer justice as defined by the laws of the state.
Wise conversations that still give us hope for a new Greece with a vision, dynamism, imagination, innovations that will bring the Greek citizen a smile and confidence.
All this, of course, applies to our Cyprus, which follows almost the same economic misery, but no one assumes either its political, social or criminal responsibilities. Everything is the fault of others except ourselves who never make mistakes for us, we play it expert in everything and in the end we defile our prophecy "we told you" by greeting and bankrupting.
