The main goal of the Museum of Cypriot Food and Nutrition is the recording, study, rescue and dissemination of the gastronomic culture of Cyprus.

In this context, we plan a series of photographs of traditional recipes and ask for your help in order to bring us in contact with people who could cook for a photograph of the preparation process.
We are interested in recipes that fall into the following categories or recipes that are typical of specific areas / villages.
Wild greens, Kneading, Pasta, Cold cuts, Hunting, Tetavades, Ofta, Various pies, Fish.
The photos and recipes will be posted on the website of the Virtual Museum of Cypriot Food and Nutrition and thus will be available / accessible to anyone interested.
