Rains, isolated thunderstorms, snow in the mountains and semi-mountains and a drop in temperature compose the weather scenario from today until Sunday. Tonight the mercury in Nicosia will show only one degree.
According to the meteorological service, the weather today will be mostly cloudy with local rains and possibly isolated thunderstorms. Snow is expected in the mountains and locally in the semi-mountains.
The temperature will rise to 10 degrees inland, around 12 on the east and south coasts, around 14 on the rest of the coast and minus one degree in the higher mountains where frost will prevail.
The same scenario tonight where snow is also expected in the mountains and locally in the semi-mountains. The temperature will drop to 1 degree inland, around 3 on the east and south coasts, around 7 on the rest of the coast and minus 6 degrees in the higher mountains.
On Saturday the temperature will not change significantly, while it will rise on Sunday to remain at the same levels on Monday.
